Description
Whitewater 360 Restaurant Supervisor Job Summary The Whitewater 360 Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role leads associates on the floor, promotes high service standards, and supports revenue and profitability goals. The Supervisor fosters a positive team environment, ensures food quality and safety, and remains actively engaged with guests and staff throughout service periods. This is a hands-on supervisory role. Administrative duties are limited; the Supervisor is expected to spend the majority of the shift on the floor supporting service operations. Some college (preferred)
High School (preferred) Experience
Experience actively engaging with guests, resolving service issues in real time, supporting revenue and cost control initiatives, managing check and cash control procedures, and addressing staffing or operational challenges during service. (required)
Experience leading, coaching, and motivating food and beverage associates, including scheduling aligned to business forecasts, conducting shift briefings, enforcing brand standards, and supporting associate performance and engagement. (required) Experience supervising daily restaurant operations in a high-volume dining environment, maintaining floor presence during service, ensuring service standards, food quality, safety compliance, and guest satisfaction throughout all meal periods. (required) Licenses & Certifications
