Experience maintaining strong floor presence to engage guests, resolve service issues in real time, conduct taste panels and menu knowledge training, and support revenue, labor control, and checkcontrol procedures aligned with budget and forecast expectations. (required)
Experience training and coaching food and beverage associates on service standards, managing schedules and station rotations, handling time adjustments, and supporting a motivated, welltrained team during peak service hours. (required) Experience supervising daily food and beverage operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor plan execution, reservation flow, and maintaining service quality during highvolume meal periods in a resort or hospitality environment.
