We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our digital banking team. Digital banking is changing fast, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that change. You'll learn what it means to build products that reach over 14,000,000 active users monthly, and products that financial institutions trust to serve their account holders every day. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Help develop the vision and strategy for your domains, while creating and executing against a compelling roadmap
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with design, engineering, legal, marketing, and go-to-market teams throughout the product lifecycle, from shaping the experience to testing, release, and beyond.
  • Ensures a smooth turnover to the implementation or support organizations that includes planning, training and hand off.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with financial institution partners to surface product needs and validate direction (e.g., advisory groups, discovery sessions, user research, etc.)
  • Creates alpha and beta program definition and coordinates execution.
  • Tracks statistics of product adoption by customers and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.
  • Participates in the rollout of marketing plans/campaigns.
  • Builds and maintains standard demo materials, trains Sales on their use, and participates in customer presentations.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product owner, technical business analyst, or hands-on experience building apps or digital products you own.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A genuine curiosity about how people interact with their finances and a desire to understand the problems behind the problems.
  • Comfortable working alongside designers and engineers, asking good questions, and learning quickly in an environment that moves fast.
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to take something complex and explain it in a way that makes sense to anyone in the room.
  • A fascination with how AI can make product managers more effective, from sharpening research and discovery to accelerating how quickly ideas can be tested and refined.
  • Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
  • General knowledge of research procedures concerning development of new technologies.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, using Slack, Google, and other remote-friendly modern toolsets.
