**What you'll do:**

* Drive comprehensive product marketing strategies, providing critical market context and insights to inform product development and market opportunities.

* Shape guiding principles for the successful launch and sustained growth of new features and services.

* Educate marketing teams, support content strategy, and execute impactful, scalable marketing initiatives and campaigns across diverse channels to enhance education, engagement, and product adoption.

* Analyze detailed insights and broader implications to identify optimal solutions for complex challenges.

* Maintain a proactive understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an inclusive environment, setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and cultivating psychological safety within the team.

* Serve as a subject matter expert for products and features, influencing development, conducting market analysis, and forecasting industry trends.

* Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans, reviewing portfolios, prioritizing goals, and defining positioning strategies to effectively engage target audiences.

* Develop and implement strategic frameworks for product marketing content across all channels.

* Define, collect, and track essential quantitative and qualitative metrics for new and existing products, contributing key insights.

* Validate market size and opportunities, leveraging expertise to identify landscape opportunities and collaborate on strategic rationales and visions.

* Develop compelling product positioning and execute robust go-to-market plans for new products and features, informed by deep user and product understanding.

* Generate user insights to integrate customer voice into product development and marketing, advocating for enhanced user experience and engagement.

* Lead product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to various channels and audience needs.

* Independently create and iterate marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy and collaborating with production teams for timely publication.

* Determine, scope, and manage user research initiatives, partnering with internal and external resources.

* Lead and optimize medium to large-scale marketing campaigns and programs, evaluating performance and integrating channels to achieve objectives.

* Exercise sound judgment, uphold core values, and actively mitigate biases, adapting communication styles to foster a respectful and collaborative team environment.
