Product Builder (Medical Device Manufacturing - Temp)

Location: Roswell, GA (Onsite - 1100 Old Roswell Rd, Ste 1200)

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

We are hiring Product Builders to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in Roswell, GA. This is a hands-on, temp opportunity ideal for candidates with assembly, production, or quality inspection experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical device components and subassemblies with precision
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
• Handle materials, complete documentation, and maintain traceability
• Operate basic production equipment and use measuring tools
• Use computers for data entry, confirmations, and label printing
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and quality standards
• Support process improvement initiatives and team projects
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or quality experience preferred
• Experience in medical device or regulated environments is a plus
• Ability to read instructions, follow processes, and work with small components
• Comfortable using microscopes, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs; overtime may be required
