What the Ideal Candidate will do:


  • Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and KPIs for executive leadership.
  • Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Oversee all cost accounting and inventory accounting functions, including standard costing, inventory valuation, reconciliations, and working capital metrics (inventory turnover, AR/AP, cash flow).
  • Partner with operations and cross-functional leaders to analyze cost drivers, improve controls, and drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting and serve as primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
  • US Person.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Audit experience, including internal and external audits
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver clear financial insights.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and computer skills. Advance skills in Excel required. Experience with
    ERP/MRP system is a plus, SAP preferred.
