We're looking for a Billing Analyst I to join our ever-evolving US Billing Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business. Our US Billing Operations team is responsible for ensuring all contractually sold and implemented products and services are properly invoiced to clients in a timely and accurate manner. What you'll own as the Billing Analyst I * Captures, documents and tracks all product and services sold using existing billing systems and tracking databases. What you'll bring *The ability to work OT as necessary part of billing cycle * Intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel * Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented * Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner * Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
