Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* 2+ years of previous banking experience or experience in project/product management.
* Experience managing programs and/or campaigns with specific KPI goals.
* Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and influence non-directs through research and data analysis in a variety of contexts.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Results-driven individual with a willingness and appetite to do what it takes to take a project from concept to launch, while also being comfortable with ambiguity.
* Strong grasp of regulatory environment in the banking industry.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Innovative and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
* Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
* Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in all work.

Job Description
* Supports projects and initiatives across consumer deposit products, commercial products, digital products, and specialty offerings.
* Lead the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of new and existing products, including third-party solutions and vendor-facilitated programs.
* Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the bank's strategic goals and product roadmap to drive adoption, growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
* Build sound business cases and proposals by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to justify product investments and initiatives.
* Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and company objectives to inform product decisions.
* Research emerging products, services, technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation across all bank product/service segments.
* Partner closely with Technology, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and other business units to develop and execute product launch plans, communications, and adoption campaigns.
* Support relationship growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
* Develop strong partnerships with retail, operations, lending, and business banking teams to support growth initiatives.
* Participate in product testing, technology development efforts, and innovation initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
* Communicate effectively with all levels of bank leadership through presentations, reporting, and one-on-one interactions.
* Manage multiple long-term and ad hoc projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving established product targets.
* Independently make significant decisions related to deployable bank products and services, including managing vendor relationships
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Some travel required, up to 10%
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
