Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead will lead the efforts to optimize, enhance, and improve Talent Acquisition systems & tools, workflows, and processes. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will provide operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and other internal business partners to increase operational efficiency and productivity of hiring efforts. This is a highly tactical role where the individual is expected to be actively executing the work needed to drive improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a senior recruiter managing complex or high-impact searches in the business

  • Supports early-career recruiting operations, including process coordination, reporting, and program execution.
  • Proactively manages our recruiting sourcing and recruitment technology and make recommendations to support continuous improvement from a resource perspective
  • Reporting cadences established to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports used internally and externally.
  • Enhance and implement tools and processes to provide and measure candidate experience and customer satisfaction
  • Support the Talent Acquisition function by creating process documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Develops and optimize recruiting programs such as the Referral Program, and Parker Ambassador Branding.
  • Provides ongoing coaching and development to recruiters through training, performance management, career development, and continuous feedback.
  • Drives innovation by continuously identifying areas of opportunity to enhance team performance
  • Partner with the HRIS team to improve upon recruiting data integrity and accessibility while resolving and optimizing PeopleSoft e-Recruit.
  • Optimizes MSP allocation processes and track utilization and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through six or more years of increasingly responsible related talent acquisition experience. Ideally with specific experience with technical, engineering, manufacturing recruiting background.
  • Ability to work on complex problems where in-depth analysis and evaluation of situations or data frequently require complicated negotiations and/or coordination across multiple teams.
  • Ability to solve a wide range of unique problems of considerable scope and complexity that may require new approaches or significant modification of standard procedure.
  • Ability to establish goals and objectives and manage projects to completion. Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal-setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management and/or customers. Ability to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, and policy manuals. Ability to effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization to expediently achieve company goals.
  • Ability to use standard business applications software and HRIS systems.
  • Requires travel to attend job fairs and develop sourcing network.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to customer service, company values and the organization.
  • High degree of integrity while working with highly confidential information discreetly and appropriately.

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $100300 to $166900 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
