Payroll Production Specialist

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Payroll Production Specialist for our Payroll team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure professional customer service and support to field operations for payroll production related duties.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

• Process assigned payroll accurately and timely
• Verify that all forms received are current approved Staffmark Forms before submission/entry
• Creation of pay calendars in PeopleSoft
• Monitor returned check box, including decision of disposition of checks
• Review ACH report and reissue any returned funds
• Process employee reimbursements
• Process online checks
• Process termination pay
• Reissue checks that have been stopped
• Complete gross up requests

use logic to solve difficult problems quickly and by using concrete evidence. A minimum of two years of related experience and prior payroll or accounting experience, PeopleSoft or other HRIS experience preferred.
