Pay Rate: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Gear Up and Get Going

• Experience in deburring, finishing, or precision hand work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic shop math and measurement skills
• Ability to use standard hand tools and shop equipment
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in aerospace manufacturing or machine shop environment
• Experience working with metal components and precision finishing
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and 5S practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Your Shift on the Floor

• Deburr, hand-finish, and clean precision parts using approved tools and methods
• Inspect components to ensure compliance with blueprints and customer specifications
• Maintain part integrity and prevent damage throughout production processes
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain accurate production documentation
• Support 5S workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with cross-functional shop floor tasks as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing standards
• Participate in production planning and daily workflow coordination
