Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Custom Cabinet Builders to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.

Must-Haves for the Job

• 3+ years of cabinet fabrication or custom woodworking
• Experience with custom cabinetry, furniture, trim, or millwork
• Ability to read blueprints and use standard woodworking tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Day-to-Day Grind

• Build and assemble cabinetry from blueprints, work orders, and job specifications
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and diagrams to produce high-quality finished products
• Work with a variety of wood species, materials, and finishes
• Perform tasks such as cutting, assembling, sanding, finishing, and detailing cabinetry
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and equipment
• Identify and communicate production issues or material needs to supervisors
• Complete required paperwork and production documentation
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with training team members and supporting shop operations as needed
