Summary of the Job:

The Sr. Associate, Strategic Implementations s responsible for onboarding bank content whether it be digital, direct mail or alternate forms into the content management tool. The Sr. Associate will independently develop and manage strategies that are specific to process improvement, onboarding of new platforms and effective program management. This role will present new strategies to senior management and the marketing department for feedback. Once approved, they will manage the implementation by working with cross-functional teams. The role will consistently identify opportunities to enhance current processes and procedures.

About This Role:

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and manage strategies that are specific to process improvement, onboarding of new platforms and effective program management. Develop efficient strategies to accelerate timelines and growth.

  • Use depth of knowledge in Bank and Marketing areas to enhance process and solve complex problems.
  • Lead as a Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for each project completed to increase efficiency.
  • Understand all data points in procedures and ensure new process encompasses all impacted areas.

Creative Execution Strategy - Establish processes and procedures for onboarding and maintaining creative in an efficient and lean manner to decrease time to market and decrease areas for errors.

  • Execute creative set up in Naehas for Direct Mail, Customer Management, Email and Alt Channels (where applicable)
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of onboarding through proofing, approvals and sign offs
  • Be the subject matter expert on BAU creative and efficiencies across the organization and work closely with counterparts.
  • Accountable for customer facing accuracy

Cross Functional Working Relationships (CFWR):

  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Understand and follow governance process around compliance
  • Work with peers in business unit and across business units to implement and track strategies
  • Communicate new process and procedures to department and train accordingly
  • Provide input to cross-functional teams to enhance team effectiveness; identify and recommend opportunities and provide input on the enhancement of technology, systems, policy and procedures to be best in class.

Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.

  • Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required.
  • Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations.
  • Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
  • If applicable, ensure direct reports meet the above requirements and take action to address employee performance issues.

Professionalism/Attendance: Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, and Physical Qualifications (if Required by Work of Role)

  • 5+ years bank experience with knowledge of processes preferred
  • Bachelors degree or related experience preferred
  • Microsoft office experience
  • Knowledgeable of in marketing policies and procedures, project management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Create and Execute BAU catalog of creative
  • Strong experience in quality control practices
  • Ability to prioritize work load, work diligently, organized, detail-oriented.
  • Able to act with urgency and follow through in sometimes stressful situations for problem identification/resolution.
  • Travel is required. Potentially 2-3X/quarter, single day and/or overnight stays
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
