Starting pay $22.51 with an additional $.65 for 2nd shift and $0.78 for 3rd shift differential per hour.

$1000 sign on bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• The position involves blending (premixing) batches, running extruders, filling product into shipping containers and sampling, 5S cleaning, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment for cleaning between products while following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Preassembly procedures include weigh-up materials for production batches. Follow preassembly weigh-up sheet instructions.
• Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Prior powder coating experience is preferred but will consider candidates with 3-5 years prior manufacturing or light industrial production experience.
• Tow motor/forklift experience preferred or ability to obtain a license.
• Ability to learn to operate large pieces of Powder manufacturing equipment (extruders and grinders).
• Ability to work independent without close supervision.
• Attention to detail and work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) when required. Includes gloves, steel toed boots, safety goggles, safety hat, and respirator.
• Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
