Job Title: Billing Specialist I

Job Description:
The Billing Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing Sales contracts within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing requirements. This role works closely with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to review quotes, identify discrepancies, and resolve contract or pricing issues prior to billing. The Billing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and supporting a smooth handoff from Sales to Billing.

• Review and analyze Sales contracts and orders in Salesforce.
• Process contracts accurately and in accordance with billing policies.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to resolve quote discrepancies or contractual questions.
• Investigate and correct errors related to pricing, terms, or product configuration.
• Ensure billing data is complete, accurate, and ready for invoicing.

• Sit in EST time zone.
• 1-3 years experience.
• Previous experience with contract review and processing.
• Current team works between 8:00am EST- 6:00pm EST.
• Possibility of extension.
