Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, two years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, Bachelors degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional nine years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
[Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

With an ability to act as a system technical advisor for all levels of customer leadership, the Principal Field Support Representative will install and repair equipment, instruct customers in equipment operation, provide technical assistance, and check equipment for malfunctions. We'll rely on you to conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Basically, you'll troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications, you will conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. We'll depend on you to act as local on-site representative to customer's organization. It's an exceptional challenge and for a true leader, it's an equally exceptional opportunity.

What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, two years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, Bachelor's degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional nine years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred
  • Proficient in the use of software tools such as HyperTerminal
  • Proficiency of test and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.

Target salary range: USD $52.46/Hr. - USD $56.27/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
