Summary:

The Translation Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Translation & Localization Program by coordinating projects, providing support to the Translation & Localization Program Manager and stakeholders, and completing the administrative needs of the program. This position is open to an onsite, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangement.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor's Degree in Translation or relevant field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Certification in Translation or relevant field from a certifying professional organization or educational institution preferred.
  3. Experience:One year of relevant work experience in the Translation field required. Experience in file preparation, coordination, and delivery of translations preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
