NaphCare Alabama Prisons LLC has an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced RN or healthcare leader to be Director of Operations (PRN) at the regional office. We will teach you correctional healthcare as you use our cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system.

NaphCare partners with correctional facilities across the nation to provide proactive, patient-focused high-quality healthcare with our teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff.

The person will have oversight for multiple facilities located throughout AL.

Main responsibilities will include:

    Leadership and mentoring on-site Health Service Administrators, who are typically Registered Nurses.
  • Traveling to and supporting sites, while also launching new corporate initiatives at sites
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs
  • Responsible for ensuring that sites stay well-staffed and trained on the latest NaphCare process and procedures.
  • Assurance of site compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's in Nursing or Healthcare Management/Administration or a comparable degree. They will have demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and experience in leading teams.
