Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking aCustom Product Assembly Tech - Flex Role for our Stellar Hearth Products by Heat & Glo team in Lakeville, MN. Position Details Custom Product Technician - Flex Role Starting Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Details: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (OT as needed on Friday) Full Time / Direct Hire Benefits Starting Your 1st Day Paid Time Off: 128 hours (pro-rated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis 401k with 6% company match Health Care including medical, dental and vision Additional Benefits Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (eligible after 6 months of service) Paid Parental Leave (eligible after 1 year of service) $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (eligible after 1 year of service) Custom Product Technician Duties Include Focused work in our paint and shipping departments, with daily tasks shifting based on production needs Support other areas when needed to help the team hit daily goals Work across multiple production stages, including paint, shipping, packout, and assembly Maintain a clean, organized workspace by completing all required 5S tasks (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift Strong hand and finger dexterity for handson production work Commitment to wearing proper PPE and following safe work practices Willingness to be crosstrained and jump between tasks as needed Openness to learning and applying Lean manufacturing principles Our Work Environment Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Career advancement & growth opportunities In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
