Project Success Manager - EmployGig

The Project Success Manager is responsible for managing implementation teams. The role will focus on successfully implementing new technology, processes and programs into field operations. This position will be involved in sales, branch operations, on-site operations and back-office support for the field. The Manager establishes best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure associate and customer policies and procedures can be easily established and transitioned during the implementation phase of any new programs, processes or procedures. In addition, this individual will oversee the work
of the success team and collaborate cross-functionally to support new program implementations. At times, this individual may serve as a site ops success partner for complex implementations.

Project Success Manager Essential Job Functions:
* Sets up standards of service for overall associate processes, policies and systems including
administration and associate engagement related to program implementation.
* Designs templates, tools and processes to enable field operations team members to follow a
standard approach to implementing associate processes and policies for assigned site.
* Translate SLAs into operational plan, reviewing client policies, implementing EB policies, transitioning workforce from a different vendor to EB, training associates in EB policies
* Create reports and deliver presentations to leadership on launches.
* Optimizes processes, productivity, quality, and customer-service by identifying areas of opportunity, recommending process and system improvements, and implementing change
* Oversees the work and provides guidance to colleagues within their team.
* Hires, develops and retains talent, including partnering with field team to help hire permanent recruiters
* Defines training process to ramp up permanent client staffing team.
* Partners with leadership to ensure standards of service are being followed and associate and
customer experience is ramped up per established SLAs
* Partners with field leadership to train new staffing colleagues on how to support
* Removes roadblocks that may delay the ramp up process for a new site
* Supports program implementation as needed by onboarding associates, reviewing and implementing policies, partnering with CDS, and executing client staffing function.
* Partners with client site contact to keep implementation on track.

Manager, Project Success Education, Qualifications & Experience:
* 5 years of progressive experience serving people partner for temporary staff at a client site or as an HR Operations Partner, preferably in the manufacturing and or supply chain industry.
* Experience placing temporary staff for key accounts on an ongoing basis, preferred
* Experience leading a team
* Experience using a CRM system
* Experience implementing people related policies and procedures
* Experience conducting different types of interviews
* Experience supporting a site or business with 100 or more employees
* Previous experience as an on-site recruiter representing a staffing company, preferred.
* Community volunteering or social outreach experience
* Excellent customer service skills including ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically
* Knowledge of employment law and compliance
* Ability to travel to customer sites, up to 80% of the time
* Span of control: 5+ individual contributors

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $70, 000 to $80,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
