Senior Finance Manager, Corporate Functions
Overview The Corporate Finance Manager will report to the Senior Director of FP&A and be responsible for managing and controlling the corporate functions expenses at Waters (CEO, Legal, IT, Finance, HR, Communications, Research & Strategy). The total scope of spending this role is responsible for supporting is ~$350M. In addition, this role will help in the consolidation of corporate related expenses associated with the recent BD acquisition into the legacy Waters Corporate functions to align on accountability of ~$120M of spend. This person will manage a team of three analysts who are responsible for business partnering and planning/closing financials for their respective functions each month. Additionally, this person is responsible for creating the consolidated monthly document (contact report) that is submitted to FP&A, which summarizes the results of Waters' corporate functions in aggregate and ensuring analytics on G&A functions are created and/or maintained. The person in this role will be expected to serve as the direct business partner to the respective EC members who own the Corporate Function G&A Spend. This will include SVP's of Legal, HR, Strategy & Research, Communications, as well as the CIO and CFO. They must also be prepared to present to the CFO, CEO & Executive Committee as needed. Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and lead a team of analysts focused on corporate function (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, CEO etc.) financial closing and business partnering. Ensure team delivers partnering as desired and close deliverables are analyzed in advance and delivered on time.
