How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. We each bring something to the table. The Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator supports the execution and sustainment of operational excellence initiatives within the facility. This is a hands-on role requiring active presence on the production floor, partnering with operations to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The CI Coordinator leads improvement workshops, develops standardized work, supports Lean initiatives, and ensures continuous improvement efforts are sustained through auditing and follow-up. This position requires frequent standing and walking in a manufacturing environment. The employee may occasionally be required to sit, use hands to handle or feel materials, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift up to 25 pounds. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye, ear, and foot protection, is required when in production areas.
