Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts when needed.
• Answer phones, support badge and key control processes, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious activity according to site policies.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly lobby environment through attentive presence, clear communication, and professional interaction with staff, patients, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
