Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access control, monitor activity at the entry point, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by verifying visitor information, issuing visitor badges, maintaining entry records, and communicating with authorized personnel regarding arrivals and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk while maintaining awareness of security-related activity in a financial services location.
• Support security-related operations by observing lobby activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and coordinating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Access Control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
