THIS ROLE PAYS $25/HOUR. Please do not apply if this does not meet your salary expectations. Candidates must be local to Warren, MI currently.

**Responsibilities**

* Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, interfacing daily with subsidiaries, Export Operations, Logistics, suppliers, subject matter experts, and dealers/distributors in export markets.

* Liaise with Export Operations Managers on various order-to-delivery related issues.

* Assist in resolving current issues, providing solutions that benefit both the organization and its customers, and encouraging the sharing of best practices.

* Track all orders for export markets from order-to-delivery (OTD).

* Inform and follow up with export customers on all order entry issues, order rejects, changes to orders (e.g., options, ship-to), and order cancellations.

* Track and update all validation builds status on a weekly basis.

* Follow up with respective teams (logistics, finance, export product managers, validation build coordinators, and markets) on any changes affecting product launches within export markets, highlighting issues to the Export Operations Manager weekly.

* Prepare manual invoices for validation builds as needed.

* Coordinate with a logistics and financial partner on logistics and financial transactions, including credit & rebill, reconsignments, and special moves (e.g., airfreight, spot buy).

* Generate, analyze, and review weekly reports on order issues with the Export Operations Manager, covering orders not released for production, no assignment of Target Production Weeks, delayed Target Production Weeks, and orders built but not released to logistics.

* Follow up with offshore plants on any issues hampering the flow of events from their systems to various internal systems for both validation builds and regular production orders.

* Participate in monthly calls with markets on demand submission and logistics calls alongside the Export Operations Manager.

* Create user IDs for an internal order system for export dealers and coordinate with teams to provide systems access.

* Coordinate with IT teams to resolve all export customer issues related to internal order system delivery reporting.

* Support the logistics team on shipment queries by coordinating with port processors and the logistics and financial partner team.

* Quickly learn and execute various ad hoc reports in internal systems.

* Support weekly leadership reviews by producing recurring analyses and presentation content.

* Drive forecast discipline, monitor plan adherence, and identify adjustments required for future forecasts.

* Calculate and report weekly Balance-to-go for Fleet forecast versus actual orders.

* Monitor Non-Retail order placement to ensure alignment with the approved plan.

* Proactively identify scheduling and production issues and provide data-driven insights to support issue resolution.

* Support Fleet production scheduling requests and related planning activities.

* High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying key issues and resolving root causes.

* Demonstrated relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with customers via email and phone conversations.

* Ability to understand unique customer needs across various countries.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Knowledgeable in editing and updating Power BI Dashboards.

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple activities through various internal systems.

* Flexible and adaptable in handling multiple tasks.

* Solution-oriented, collaborative, and able to find quick solutions individually and with team members on critical issues.
