The Sr. Director, Revenue Growth Management plays a pivotal role in translating enterprise RGM ambition into divisional action - embedding RGM rigor into everyday decision-making, strengthening commercial capabilities, and ensuring strategies are resilient in the face of market volatility. This role exists to help the business navigate uncertainty while building repeatable, scalable ways of working that support both near-term performance and long-term growth aspirations. What you will do... Principal Accountabilities The Sr. Director, Revenue Growth Management - Meals & Beverages will own the division-level RGM agenda, leading strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization across brands and customers. The role is responsible for shaping long-term pricing and promotional roadmaps, embedding RGM rigor into planning cycles, and ensuring insights translate into commercial action. Key accountabilities include developing and activating multi-year pricing and price pack architecture strategies grounded in consumer willingness to pay, competitive dynamics, and portfolio roles. The Sr. Director will partner closely with Category leadership, Sales Strategy and Customer teams to design and execute promotional and trade strategies, establish promotional guardrails, and improve trade ROI through disciplined review and optimization. This leader will drive advanced analytics and insight generation, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that inform brand, customer, and innovation decisions. They will support innovation and renovation initiatives by providing strategic pricing and promotional guidance that aligns with brand positioning and growth objectives. In addition, the Sr. Director will play a critical role in building RGM capability, upskilling the RGM team and enabling broader commercial teams through tools, templates, and hands-on learning. They will also help shape the evolution of Trade Promotion Management/Trade Promotion Optimization capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms. Job Complexities

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $193,000-$277,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
