Job Title: Procurement Buyer Job Location: White Plains, NY Project Overview Procurement Buyer to support commercial procurement for business needs. Job Responsibilities Track supply chain requirements, conduct sourcing and competitive bidding processes, and negotiate agreements. Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze procurement options and to assist in making equipment supply recommendations that best position their pipeline of renewable energy projects. Utilize systems and tools required by Procurement activities, including but not limited to systems related to purchasing and contract management, third-party vendor management, and reporting. Skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Working knowledge of materials and inventory management, logistics, quality assurance, quality control, maintenance, and operations. Experience with SAP Procurement and Ariba. Ability to use independent judgment on procurement processes and strategy. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
