Job Description:

What you're great at

* Leading and managing digital-first marketing and experience initiatives across primarily owned channels (web, mobile, email marketing, content platforms, content hubs, personalization, performance).

* Acting as a strategic thought partner to marketing leaders by helping shape problems, define success, and identify the right digital solutions.

* Translating business objectives into clear briefs and measurable outcomes.

* Partnering closely with Account Planning, Creative, UX, Research, Technology, and Program Management to deliver a unified, experience-led point of view.

* Guiding work through discovery, concepting, design, build, and optimization, ensuring work ladders back to strategy and user needs.

* Providing clear, actionable, and experience-informed feedback that strengthens outcomes.

* Using data, performance metrics, and insight to evaluate success, inform recommendations, and continuously evolve work.

* Facilitating prioritization and tradeoff discussions, balancing speed, quality, risk, and impact.

* Managing expectations across stakeholders, identifying risks early, and confidently recommending pivots or alternative approaches when needed.

* Communicating complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you bring

* 3-8 years of experience in account leadership, account strategy, or client partnership roles within a digital, creative, or integrated agency.

* Strong understanding of digital experience delivery, including UX, content systems, platforms, performance measurement, and email marketing operations.

* Comfort working in cross-functional, agile environments with designers, strategists, technologists, and analysts.

* A user-centered mindset with a strong appreciation for experience design and customer journeys.

* Ability to connect strategy, creative, and technology into cohesive recommendations.

* Confident presenter and communicator with a clear, persuasive writing style.

* High emotional intelligence and situational awareness-you know how to read the room and adjust.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

* Curiosity-driven problem solving and a passion for continuous learning and digital upskilling.

* A proven track record delivering medium to large-scale digital initiatives and getting them over the finish line.

* Experience in highly regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.

* Prior digital marketing experience is required.
