Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $30-34 Hourly W2, Benefits and 401k matching Start Date: ASAP Note: This is a hybrid position and you are required to be onsite 3 days a week in Playa Vista, CA Our client is an in-house creative agency dedicated to developing breakthrough, omnichannel brand design systems. They focus on the customer experience across all channels, categories, and touchpoints. By blending high-level craft with emerging technology, they build integrated solutions that grow the brand and keep it relevant in modern culture. Role Overview We are seeking a curious, craft-driven Junior Designer to contribute to the evolution of our brand design systems and AI-assisted creative workflows. This role is ideal for a designer with 1-3 years of professional experience who possesses strong foundational craft skills and a growing ability to think systemically. You will play an active role in developing brand identities, contributing to AI-enabled toolkits, and producing high-quality creative assets across both physical and digital channels. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.00/hr to $34.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
