bring prior professional experience before business school and are motivated to pivot or restart their careers into a system-focused finance technology role - You will work closely with experienced
professionals supporting core financial systems while contributing to broader digital transformation initiatives across Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and related functions - You will provide support in the following areas: Hyperion/EPM Systems, Accounting & Reporting, Digital Transformation Efforts, and Documentation & Training
- You will assist
in administering, maintaining, and supporting Hyperion EPM tools, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, and DRM - Assist
in supporting monthly close activities within HFM, Planning, and Essbase applications, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world close cycles - Assist
with integrating EPM systems into larger business intelligence, analytics, and automation initiatives - Assist
in creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes to build institutional knowledge
What makes you great
- You must be currently enrolled in an MBA, MS in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related graduate program
- Demonstrate excellent academic standing with strong performance toward graduation is required, GPA 3.0 and above
- Possess prior professional work experience (typically 2-5+ years) before business school; background may include finance, accounting, consulting, technology, operations, audit, or related fields
- Demonstrated interest in pivoting or restarting a career toward finance systems, EPM, or financial technology roles
- Foundational understanding of financial processes such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations
- Exposure to enterprise systems, financial applications, or data-intensive environments is highly desirable
- Basic familiarity with SQL, VBA, or similar scripting/automation tools is a plus, but not required
