The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Analyst to join the Bettis Laboratory Site (BLS) Component Test Engineering subdivision. In this role, you'll play a critical part in integrating construction, testing, operations, and engineering to ensure seamless execution across the Control Drive Mechanism Test Facility (CDMTF), Hot Quiet Test Facility (HQTF), and the Large Component Test Facility (LCTF). Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills
Scheduling and Project Tools: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project (or equivalent), with experience managing complex schedules for large-scale projects. Financial Systems: Experience with Smart View, Oracle Hyperion, or similar financial tools, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Project Controls Expertise: Strong background in project budget planning, cost and schedule tracking, statistical analysis, and performance reporting. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities and lead integrated project teams toward cost and schedule goals. Technical Insight: Understanding of engineering workflows, construction management, and earned value management (EVM). Preferred Experience: Background in large technical projects or laboratory/testing environments is a plus. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
$77,900.00 - $119,300.00 annually
Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation. Naval Nuclear Laboratory personnel are FMP employees who work at four DOE facilities: Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Kenneth A. Kesselring Site, and Naval Reactors Facility, and at the U.S. Department of Defense-owned Nuclear Power Training Unit-Charleston. FMP employees also have an established presence at numerous shipyards and vendor locations. For nearly 70 years, the Naval Nuclear Laboratory has developed advanced nuclear propulsion technology, provided technical support, and trained world-class nuclear operators to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our nation's submarine and aircraft carrier Fleets. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is a national asset solely dedicated to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
