Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking Branch Manager for our newly renovated branch in Fredonia. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and directing bank office functions, focusing on exceptional customer service and the growth of deposits and loans. This role plays an essential part in sustaining PWSB's values, ethics, and culture through leadership, coaching, and collaboration with both our internal team and the external community. Community involvement is a cornerstone of this position, with the Branch Manager actively representing PWSB in local organizations, events, and volunteer opportunities to build relationships that strengthen both the bank and the communities we serve. Additionally, the Branch Manager is accountable for fostering strong business collaboration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving initiatives that support the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio. This includes maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for deeper engagement, and partnering with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach your team to exceed customer service standards

Actively engage with the community through volunteerism, partnerships, and local events

Develop solutions for clients and guide staff toward achieving branch goals

Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies while managing branch profitability

Qualifications

5+ years of personal banking with lending experience

5+ years of banking leadership experience with full understanding of bank operations and retail sales, preferred

Active NMLS registration
