Range Facilities Analyst (C) - NSWCEN

Job Overview:

The Range Facilities Analyst will assist the Range Department in meeting day-to-day facility requirements.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory/accountability of range complex facilities real property and improvements.
• Support development of range facility project packages (Site Approval Requests, estimates, DD1391s) and assist with project prioritization.
• Support development of facility requests and documentation (routine work requests, MILCONs).
• Monitor status of current and future facility projects; assist in planning future facility requirements.
• Develop Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMPs) for facilities, equipment, and other items.
• Attend meetings with the Range Director, Deputy Range Director, and Facilities Officer as required.
• Assist with documenting/reconciling monthly requests and expenditures.
• Assist with reviewing and developing agreements (MOAs, ISSAs).

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the last 10 years.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the last 10 years in facilities maintenance and management (Navy Civil Engineering Corps, Army Corps of Engineers, and/or NAVFAC experience qualifies).
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate government vehicles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity and prior work with Naval Special Warfare (NSW).
• Project management certification.

Security Requirement:

• Secret Clearance

Travel Requirements:

Approximately 4 trips per year, 5 days per trip to various locations
