A Day in the Life: Vice President of Regional Service Center

Trinity Logistics is searching for an experienced and driven leader to guide one of our Regional Service Centers! We are looking for someone with progressive logistics management experience who thrives on leading teams, building relationships, and driving strategic growth. The Vice President of RSC plays a critical role in overseeing customer sales, carrier sales, and administrative functions within the office while ensuring the team is positioned for long-term success.

In this role, you will lead and develop a talented team while helping the office achieve ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate enjoys motivating and mentoring others, setting strategic direction, and creating an environment where team members can perform at their best. This position requires someone who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on leadership-supporting the team through coaching, guidance, and removing obstacles that stand in the way of success.

A successful Vice President of RSC will focus on strengthening customer and carrier relationships, identifying opportunities for new and existing business growth, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and profitably. You'll work closely with sales and operations leadership across the company to execute strategies that support Trinity's broader goals while continuing to build a strong culture within the Regional Service Center.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive logistics management experience.
