Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles for review work performed and ensure an appropriate, timely sale line-up.
  • Manage account relationships by maintaining effective communication and ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Review and update condition reports; approve and audit vehicle repair reports.
  • Walk vehicles and make reconditioning recommendations to increase vehicle value.
  • Provide quality service and assist in resolving customer concerns; respond to inquiries related to vehicles.
  • Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to coordinate vehicle movement and ensure timely completion of reconditioning.
  • Prepare sale vehicle presentations and verify certification/announcements in coordination with account representatives, administrators, and account-specific procedures.
  • Collaborate with Lot Operations and to organize account vehicles.
  • Review vehicles in the sale line-up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure all vehicles are sale ready.
  • Actively participate in and support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence, modeling proper safety and health behaviors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • In coordination with account representative, account administrator, and account specific procedures prepare sale vehicle run process including run order, scheduling, notice to customer account, etc.


Qualifications:

  • The role consists of 70% outside work and 30% in office administration.
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and or general auto-body knowledge required.
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-based interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.


Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm


Work Environment:

  • Exposure to outdoor elements, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Moderate noise level.
  • Exposed to risks and hazards such as sharp/jagged metal and parts, broken glass, hazardous or caustic chemicals.


USD 16.63 - 24.90 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $16.63 - $24.90/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
