Job Title: Aviation Lean Coach Location: Everett, WA 98204 Shift Hours (8 Hours/ 10 Hours / 12 Hours): 6:00am-2:30pm Duration: 12 Months, Contract to hire Pay Rate: $60/hr Job Description: Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Production System for internal or external customers. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under minimal direction. Required skills/qualifications: Airplane system understanding, ability to teach gen2 classes. Hydraulics, avionics, fight controls understanding. Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
