Job Description:

As a Cabin Services Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the aircraft cabin is prepared for flights efficiently and safely, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin, restocking supplies, and performing essential security checks.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of cabin cleaning experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of agents on each assigned flight to ensure that all duties are carried out in an efficient manner, and all airline and company policies are followed.

  • Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.

  • Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.

  • Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.

  • Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.

  • Empty lavatory tanks and refills as required.

  • Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.

  • Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in company and carrier Safety and Security procedures.

  • Carry out workin accordance withinformation and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures.

  • Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.

  • Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

  • Previous airline cabin cleaning experience required.

  • The ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

  • If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.

  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.

  • Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.

Schedule:

Alliance Ground International operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able to work on flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
