The Enterprise Applications Manager will lead and oversee multiple enterprise technology platforms-including ServiceNow, Microsoft Enterprise Technologies (M365, Entra ID), and other core application services. This new role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, and value delivery across enterprise application ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct leadership and management for ServiceNow, Microsoft Enterprise Technologies, and Enterprise Application Services teams.
* Oversee enterprise application platforms including ServiceNow, M365, Entra ID, and related services.
* Partner with portfolio owners and technical leads to define platform roadmaps, lifecycle strategies, and modernization initiatives.
* Facilitate and own Application Governance Meetings in partnership with technology directors.
* Position platforms as enterprise products with clear ownership, outcomes, and value delivery.
* Ensure availability, security, and performance through strong operational practices.
* Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices across platforms.
* Oversee incident, problem, and change management with effective RCA and remediation.
* Track and report service health, metrics, and performance to leadership.
* Align application strategy with organizational goals in partnership with senior stakeholders.
* Provide oversight for enterprise application initiatives, enhancements, and integrations.
* Ensure demand intake, prioritization, and delivery align with capacity and strategic priorities.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor investment planning.
* Partner closely with infrastructure, security, network, endpoint, and business teams.
* Serve as primary escalation and decision point for crossplatform issues.
* Communicate platform health, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
* Manage vendor relationships including Microsoft, ServiceNow, and implementation partners.
* Conduct service reviews, roadmap discussions, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure vendor solutions align with enterprise standards, security needs, and longterm strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
* Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance, and operational excellence models.
* Strong vendor and contract management skills.
* Experience leading modernization, integration, or transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 10 years IT experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects, a minimum of 5 years experience in managing and developing staff, with direct reporting relationships
  • Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations
  • Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment many times working under tight delivery schedules
  • Engineering and/or Construction background a plus
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
