POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for division's pricing analysis for locations throughout North America. This includes performing competitive pricing analysis, working with the Product Management team to determine and implement appropriate pricing strategies, establishing sell prices based on those strategies and profitability analysis.

The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday with a flexible work hours between 7:30am-5:00pm. This position will be on-site Monday-Thursday in Appleton, WI and Friday an option to work from home or on-site. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather and analyze competitive market data for a variety of product categories
  • Analyze price and margin data to determine customer pricing opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Management Team to create profitable pricing strategies
  • Work independently and with team to set and maintain pricing for locations throughout North America based on agreed upon pricing strategies in a manner that allows for maximum gross profit
  • Ensure integrity of pricing instruments in the company's ERP system and Pricing Maintenance Tool (product cost, sell price, contracts, discounts, campaigns, etc.)
  • Analyze price relationships within company's product screen
  • Perform customer or product specific analysis to measure changes in key business metrics for sales, margin and price
  • Perform ad hoc reports to explain and analyze trends affecting the business or to make future business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Math or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills including a good understanding of price and profit dynamics, profit margin, and statistics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and translate a vision into solid measurable results
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ethical and trustworthy
