This is a hands-on functional role focused on software configuration, workflow alignment, testing support, and customer enablement.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery discussions with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, policies, and operational requirements, making informed recommendations when multiple options exist.
  • Translate customer needs into clear functional requirements, configuration decisions, and workflow definitions, ensuring decisions align with business objectives and product standards.
  • Configure OMS modules according to existing product design and configuration standards, taking ownership of functional choices and their downstream impact.
  • Identify gaps between system capability and customer requirements; document impacts and escalate when appropriate with clear solution options.
  • Conduct configuration reviews, solution walkthroughs, and functional demonstrations for customers.
  • Develop and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation, validation, and defect documentation.
  • Support go-live readiness activities and provide functional troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configuration decisions, requirements, and solution rationale to include business process mapping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, MIS, or related fields preferred; will consider equivalent years of related experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementations in a functional, application-facing capacity, including independent ownership of configuration or solution decisions.
  • Experience supporting customers in the use, configuration, or deployment of business applications (SaaS or enterprise platforms).
  • Experience creating business process maps, flow diagrams, and future state workflows for operational staff.
  • Hands-on experience configuring software applications (not infrastructure or hardware).
  • Experience leading customer-facing workshops, demonstrations, or requirement sessions, with the ability to guide discussions toward workable solutions.
  • Experience supporting UAT and functional validation activities.
  • Experience preparing and delivering role based training for end users, supervisors, and administrators.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in application support, product support, SaaS implementation, or functional consulting.
* Experience working in customer-facing roles requiring both structured execution and adaptive problem solving.
