This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.

Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to support our Services team. This role will focus on analyzing marketing and operational performance and expanding automated reporting and dashboard capabilities for Operations Production and Efficiency.

Our Ideal Candidate

  3+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics

  Passion for data-driven insights with a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and Tableau

  Proficient in extracting and analyzing large datasets, with experience in ETL, automation, and/or machine learning

  Familiar with building dashboards, reporting systems, and operational datasets

  Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and analytics

Job Description

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting needs. You'll investigate and maintain knowledge of operational and performance datasets, initiate projects to procure additional data, and write and optimize complex SQL/Python queries to extract and analyze large datasets. You will also develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, perform ad-hoc operational analysis, and balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education and Experience

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

  Background in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics disciplines

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with ETL processes, automation, or machine learning is a plus
