Application Window Open date: March 11, 2026 Next review date: Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Sunday, Feb 28, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Environmental Studies minor program with John Muir College at UC San Diego is looking for temporary, part-time lecturers with teaching experience in Environmental Studies, from a variety of perspectives: e.g., Environmental Law, Indigenous approaches to climate change, Federal policy and Environmental Law in Indigenous contexts, Wilderness and Human Values, Coastal Ecology. Please note that these are not full-time positions; lecturers typically teach a single class for a 3-month quarter. As an estimate, the compensation for teaching a single course is approximately 1/9 the full-time equivalent salary range posted above.
