Primary Purpose You will be expected to demonstrate strong visual problem-solving abilities and can take direction well. Accountable For You will support the team to fulfill client briefs by providing creative solutions in our fast-paced studio environment. This intermediate level position includes, but is not limited to, design adaptations, line extensions, secondary panel layouts through to production artwork builds As Defined By Meeting the high standards of creativity, quality, client service and deadline requirements in a high-pressure environment Reporting To Studio Manager and/or Senior Adaptive Designer General Overview The Intermediate Adaptive designer will work under the Senior Designer, with the clients brand, ensuring all work is within brand guidelines, while maintaining continuity between formats, line extensions, languages, and client information. Responsibilities 1. Participates in and supports agency business objectives appropriate to role (quality objectives, company policies) Success In The Role Will entail timely delivery of your projects, and the ability to learn new aspects of the business with a proactive attitude and approach. Experience
5 years: Years of experience in a design production role (required)
Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Keynote) (required) Knowledgeable in multiple aspects of print production techniques.
