We are seeking a part-time, 24-hour RN to support our practice. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
This RN will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in basket management.
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Registered Nurse to provide clinical support across our Danvers and Swampscott locations, with a structured monthly rotation between sites. This position is three days per week, with Mondays and Fridays required and flexibility for the third scheduled day based on departmental needs.

Education

Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
No

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Preferred:

  • OB/GYN experience
