What you'll do

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) to join our dynamic Early Career team in Carlsbad, CA! We anticipate that this role will last approximately 6 months with potential to extend, providing a fantastic chance to gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the People, Branding, and Culture function-primarily Early Career recruitment and programming. This role ensures smooth execution of core recruitment processes, maintains accurate employee data and documentation, support internship program planning, campus events, and supports candidates and employees with a high standard of service.
We are looking for a TA Coordinator interested in growing and stretching to also act as a recruiter after ramp up.

The day-to-day

  • Event planning, including coordination with external vendors.
  • Registering, coordinating and planning fall university recruitment/career fair events and calendar.
  • Coordinating and facilitating onsite tours and events in Carlsbad location.
  • Own targeted corporate events, including communications, project management, collaborator engagement etc.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, including communications with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters.
  • Capture, summarize, and present data around hiring and recruitment metrics as part of a greater strategy development.
  • Maintain real-time accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring stages are updated with 100% data integrity.
  • Depending on experience, perform initial resume reviews and conduct phone screenings to qualify candidates based on core competencies and cultural alignment.
  • Support data gathering and basic analysis for compensation and benefits activities.
  • Assist in creating offer letters.
  • Preforms other duties as assigned or required.

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically recruiting Early Careers candidates into technical roles (engineering, data science, etc).
  • Proven experience in Early Career full cycle recruitment and large scale program management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, psychology, communications or a related field.
  • Ability to work onsite at Carlsbad location 2-3 days/week (at most, will vary and is flexible).
  • Event planning and execution.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and standard digital office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high levels of data accuracy and organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive compensation data and private candidate information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with hiring managers and applicants.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% during peak recruitment season.

Salary range

$22.12 - $34.86 / hourly.
For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $27.4 - $41.35/ hourly
