  • Estimated annual base pay: $169,000(minimum) - $203,000(midpoint) - $237,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Commercial Operations professional, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Industrial Segment Director of Commercial Operations will lead global team of Commercial Managers, Customer Support Managers and Customer Support Representatives covering our OEM, Channel Partner and End-user customers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategic Execution: Develops and implements commercial strategies that align with company objectives to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provides leadership and direction to diverse managers, fostering a high performance culture within the commercial operations team.
  • Financial Performance Management: Oversees department budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Identifies and resolves highly complex business challenges through advanced critical thinking and innovative solutions.
  • Cross Functional Negotiation: Collaborates and negotiates with senior leaders across departments to ensure alignment and optimize commercial operations.

  • Strategic Execution: Translates strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Monitors and optimizes operational and financial results within areas of responsibility.
