As our Sales Support Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the sales support team, ensuring they provide accurate, timely, and highquality assistance to the sales organization. This role is responsible for workflow management, team coaching, process improvement, and crossdepartment collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily supervision, coaching, and functional oversight for the Sales Support team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for Salesforcerelated inquiries, troubleshooting, issue resolution, training, and optimization.
  • Manage workload distribution, monitor performance, and support team members in meeting operational KPIs.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new hires and junior team members in processes, tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and workflow documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Quoting, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and seamless information flow.
  • Communicate proposed solution costs and assumptions to the Sales organization and support them in pricing, scope clarifications, and offer strategy.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and rework trends, proposing improvements to leadership to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
  • Work with business partners to optimize Salesforce workflows, quoting processes, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure consistency and bestpractice adoption across the Sales Support function.

Your Background:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Support or related role; leadership or teamlead experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, preferably in electrification services or similar technical industries.
  • Knowledge of customer challenges, industry landscape, competitor offerings, and commercial considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workload priorities, and coach team members.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $95,000 annually.
