Niacc-Avitech Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Control Inspector. This is a challenging position in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our quality team, you will provide valuable support to our managers and team members in accordance with company goals. Position Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting aircraft components during receiving, in-process, and final stages to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company quality procedures. Key Responsibilities * Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of aircraft components using FAA-approved or accepted data. * Assist in audits which includes internal audits, AS9100 compliance audits, and ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and internal controls. * Ensure FAA compliance and assist with special projects, interfacing with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Manufacturing and Engineering departments as and where needed. * Document inspection results in accordance with the Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual, and customer requirements. * Verify airworthiness, traceability, and proper use of PMA or approved replacement parts. * Identify and control nonconforming or unserviceable parts to prevent return to service. * Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with FAA and AS9100 quality requirements. * Work with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure inspection requirements are met. | |
