The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs for our corporate business groups with a strong focus on technical and professional roles. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies, innovative candidate sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and scheduling. Position is also accountable for managing temporary/staffing agency relationships while moving towards minimizing the usage and costs associated with using an agency to fill TTI's openings. Human Resources Professionals are the foundation of supporting our TTI Inc. organization. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be viewed as a strategic and consultative business partner to acquire the key talents for organization success. Our Talent Acquisition Team: Enables TTI to meet current and future staffing needs for highly niche roles by developing an advanced understanding of our business operations as it relates to employee talent needs and by proactively developing and recommending/implementing best-in-class creative recruiting strategies. Collaborates with and advises hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with in-depth knowledge of the talent landscape while maintaining exceptional internal communication throughout the search process. Autonomy to effectively manage the employee selection process for all exempt and non-exempt level positions for all Corporate Departments, may assist in other business segments as needed, by ensuring all positions are posted internally in accordance with TTI policy; strategic sourcing external candidates, presenting hiring managers with qualified, pre-screened (interviewed and assessed) candidates; and by coaching managers on selection process and testing tools. Utilizes expertise to persistently source passive talent through LinkedIn and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles. Effectively manages temporary/employment agencies supporting company hiring needs including short-term temporaries, temporary to permanent placements and direct placements by negotiating cost effective terms, coordinating candidate flow and selection and by providing ongoing review and interaction with agency on service and quality expectations to ensure diligent compliance to our standard operating procedures. Clearly and accurately communicate the company's employee value proposition to potential candidates to guarantee a top-notch candidate experience. Influences talent and recruitment strategies to ensure optimal alignment with business objectives. Stay abreast of talent acquisition trends/best practices and make recommendations on solutions/improvements. Act as a senior level resource to colleagues on talent acquisition tactics and methods. Lead and perform special recruitment programs/projects as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager (e.g., Hiring Events, Job Fairs, Recruitment Analysis). Assists TTI in meeting Affirmative Action objectives by ensuring compliance and developing/implementing action-oriented programs in support of diversity. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources or Business) or equivalent combination of education/work experience is required. Five plus years of full cycle recruiting efforts for Strategic IS, Technical, and Corporate Professionals required. Position must have direct experience recruiting for all position levels from entry level to management with a strong focus on technical IT roles. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
