Description

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will join
a centralized clinical research team conducting clinical trials across multiple
pediatric sub-specialties. Under the direction of the Clinical Research
Supervisor, the Assistant CRC will support team members with activities
including data entry, query resolution, document management, and specimen
handling.

This role assists in planning and organizing study-related
tasks to ensure compliance with study protocols and applicable regulations. The
Assistant CRC must be adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities, and
willing to work flexible hours to meet research deadlines. Travel to other
locations may be required. This position is primarily on-site at the UCLA
Westwood campus.

This is a limited position that may convert to
career.

Salary Range: $29.28 - $47.10 Hourly

Qualifications

Required:



  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.
  • Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.
  • Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.
  • Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.



Preferred:



  • Experience in a Health Care Setting.
